Circles are a place where women can be unapologetically ambitious. Where we can give voice to our dreams and find the encouragement to start chasing them. They’re a place for sharing ideas, gaining skills, seeking advice, and showing solidarity. Most of all, they’re a place where we help each other become our very best selves. Whatever your goal—whether you’re working toward a promotion or building your confidence, reentering the workforce or starting a business—your Circle will help you get there.
How Circles Work
Circles are a small group of women who meet regularly to support each other, share openly in an atmosphere of confidentiality and trust, and learn new skills.
Circles are everywhere. We’re a community of women who meet in nearly every country and within some of the largest companies.
Circles can meet over coffee at your home or favourite cafe, in a lunch series at work, at an after hours venue, or in virtual meet-ups online.
And we know they work: 86% of women in Circles say their group has made a positive impact on their life; from a little kick to take that next step, to major life-altering changes.
Women around the world are meeting regularly in small groups to support each other, share openly, and learn new skills. ElevateHER has been facilitating circles since 2014 and is now providing support and connection to women's Peer Circles around Australia.
ElevateHER Australia has auspiced the Lean In Queensland network, a licenced network under the global Lean In Network Leaders Program.
The Network's role is to support Lean In Circle Leaders so that through a collective effort of many passionate leaders and participants, more women are encouraged to be unapologetically ambitious, enabled to step up into leadership positions in business and our communities, and ready to make a bigger difference in addressing gender inequality.
